About Chetan Kakad: Something Brief about Myself: Operations and Transitions Experience: I am Finance and Accounting professional having almost 14 years of rich experience in Finance and Accounts, Transition, Business Development and Quality. I started my carrier in operations/Delivery domain of finance and Accounting. While working in Finance and Accounting Domain I was given an Opportunity from Tata Consultancy Services for transiting an US based Process from US to India. (Onsite to Offshore) The Name of the process was Hawaiian Airlines and from there my journey of Transition started. Since I had a valid USA B1 Business, Tata Consultancy Services gave me various opportunities for transiting US Based Processed. During my transition I learnt many things in and out of transition. I never worked as a Transition Manager Role. But I sat with the various transition Manager and learnt many things from them. Since I was actively involved in Operations Transitional, it gained a tremendous Knowledge about the Subject. Quality: Secondly I worked as a Quality expert for the Process which was transitioned from Onsite to offshore. It started with Knowledge Transfer, Pilot Phase, Go Live Run, Audit and Quality. Recently a week back I have completed my . Sigma Black Belt certification which was conducted by the Govt of India in Mumbai. The exam duration was for three hours and we have 150 questions to be answered. Majority of the questions were of Objective type having Identical Answers and creating. I scored 125 in the exam and the certificate would be arriving by Feb End. “So now I am a . Sigma Black Belt Certified “ . Presales (Business Development- Finance & Accounting) While working with Tata Consultancy Services I have been given an opportunity to work as a lead- Presales in Finance and Accounting Domain of Tata Consultancy Services. This was opportunity given to me by the Management since they liked my Flair with the customers. The name of the product was Tata iON. iON is an ERP which is developed by Tata Consultancy Services. The Man behind the vision is the CEO of Tata Consultancy Services. He is the main architect behind the Project. While working with this project I gained knowledge in respect to acquiring of new customers and their requirement.
